
HS students (9th-12th) can sign up to ride the fan bus for Friday’s District Championship Football Game against Hayti (@ Hayti). The cost is $5 and the bus will leave at 5:30. Students must sign up by end of the day on Thursday.

In high school JAG, students have been learning how to balance a budget. They have learned how to pay rent/mortgage, utility bills and other types of bills on time. Now, they are working on grocery shopping and just how expensive it can be. Most students had never done this before, so it was good experience for them! #SCJAG




12 members of the GAS club went to help at the SEMO Food Bank in Sikeston. As you can see, all the students, sponsors and the bus driver were hard at work. We packaged 500 boxes of food for senior citizens in the counties supported by the Food Bank





Thanksgiving Feast food drive. Please help us collect food for our Thanksgiving Feast. Our feast will be in the cafeteria on Thanksgiving day from 11:00 -1:00 pm. The Scott City R-1 School District is seeking qualified applicants for full time special education classroom assistants and/or personal assistants. 60+ college hours required or willingness to complete 20 hours of online training through DESE in order to obtain a substitute teacher certificate. All school positions require an individual to pass a background check.
