The Scott City Speech and Debate is going to state in April! Team Members Hannah Heise (president), Ann Baker, and Makayla Spies all earned 2nd place at districts, earning them an invite to Missouri State University to compete against schools across Missouri. Hannah and Ann will be in Duet Acting, and Makayla will be in Dramatic Interpretation. Along with that, the team's One Act Play "A Game" earned 4th place among 22 entered schools. While not heading to state, this is still a great victory! Catch these district winning performances plus more at the FEMA building on 3/31, 4/1, and 4/2. More details to come. Congratulations, again, team!
