The Scott City Rams football team is once again the district tournament champion! On Friday, November 15th, the Rams football team defeated the Caruthersville Tigers 35-14. The Rams jumped on the visiting Tigers early in the contest and held a 14-0 lead at the end of the first quarter, a lead they never relinquished. The win moves the Rams to 11-1 on the season.

With their win over Caruthersville, the Rams have advanced to the state tournament bracket. The state quarterfinal game will be against the Lutheran North Crusaders, who defeated Lift for Life Academy 6-0. The Crusaders come into the game with a perfect 11-0 record.
